School of Meditation & Energy Healing

The Kumara Meditation Centre was founded in Perth, Western Australia in 2003 by Liz McCaughey. It has a beautiful workspace and therapy room located 2-minutes from the beach and is surrounded by lakes and nature. The perfect setting for a centre of this kind. The foundation courses are Meditation, Pranic Healing and Self-development. The centre also runs a number of Meditation & Teaching Retreats during the year at its centre in Perth or throughout WA.  As well as doing ‘in-house’ workshops, Kumara also facilitates meditation workshops at local schools, universities and businesses throughout Perth.
