The centre offers 2 levels of day-time meditation retreats, which take place at the North Shore Centre and they are usually followed by a casual lunch.
Basic A relaxing retreat with short meditations to help you unwind and de-stress. The retreat consists of a number of meditations plus some interesting teachings depending on what the group energy brings. It is a lovely informal affair and a great way to quickly recharge for the week ahead.
When: Selective Sundays throughout the year.

A number of options are available for these weekend study groups. Each weekend will focus on different topics and you are welcome to book into just one or all three, they will be facilitated by Liz when she is in Perth. Place are limited at certain events. It will include a Mahatma crystal healing session, study and longer meditations which focus on healing and deeper, mystical teachings. This retreat is only available to experienced meditators as the meditations can be between 30 - 60 minutes in duration. You may also have to purchase a book for the study groups but full details will be given once your place has been confirmed.
